Okay, people, I need some help deciding on what to do for my birthday. It's 80s Night at Shine, which might be fun, but I'd like to go out for dinner before hand - that way if some people don't want to go dancing they can still hang out... But where to go for dinner? I need suggestions! (Preferrably someplace we won't feel out of place in our leg warmers).
